ITS Shepherds Fellowship
Application Process
The Shepherds Fellowship exists to cultivate and deploy ministers of the Word through full-time seminary education (min 24 credit hours per year) coupled with hands-on ministry experience and mentorship in a local host church. Fellows are entrusted with the high calling of pastoral formation: growing in knowledge, skill, and character under the guidance of both the seminary and their church.
There are several steps in order to be considered for admission to the Shepherds Fellowship:
.
Complete the general ITS student application form (https://indysem.org/apply).
After completing your student application, you will be prompted to submit your application fee and request a pastoral reference.
Have an official copy of your undergraduate transcript sent to [email protected].
Complete the Shepherds Fellowship Application (what you're doing here). Upon completion of this form, you will be prompted to request another reference letter specifically for your participation in the Fellowship.
If married, we will invite your wife into the discernment process.
Select candidates will interview with an ITS representative (this can be done in-person or virtually).
Select candidates will receive an invitation interview with host church(es).
